Works commenced July 2018 on this large development in Milton Keynes for our long-standing client Crest Nicholson.
Infrastructure works include 8,429m of drainage, 3,854m of adoptable roads, 612m of redway, 37m of gabion walls, 1 pumping station and 1 substation.
Storm water drains off to various outfalls around the site including 6 attenuation ponds, 2 attenuation tanks, connections to existing swales and storm sewers. Foul drains to the pumping station and rising main off site connecting to existing foul sewers.
Residential works on the development include a combination of strip foundations and piled foundations for 390 plots, hard landscaping finishing works and laying of topsoil for dwellings and public open spaces.
