Elmsbrook is an eco-village development in Bicester, Oxfordshire, which commenced in March 2018 for our long-term client Crest Nicholson.
Works undertake include 2800m of foul drainage, 2259m of roads and strip foundations for 228 plots.
As this is an eco-village, there is no storm water drainage – the site is instead permeable, made possible by permeable driveways, surface water soakaways and rainwater harvesting tanks for the dwellings.
The development also includes allotments and a district heating main.
