Project Details

Carmac were instructed by our client, Bovis Homes, to complete the infrastructure works to enable the construction of new residential dwellings over three phases at this site in Peterborough.

Works included new roads and sewers, some of which were especially challenging and required thoughtful planning and earthwork support.

We have subsequently been awarded all three phases of the plot works, and have proudly been part of a site team that have been awarded the NHBC Pride in the Job Award for three consecutive years.

Oakgrove

Works commenced on the Oakgrove development in Milton Keynes in the spring of 2012, with Carmac being awarded the first phase of the housing plot works and going on to deliver over 800 units across four phases.
