Project Details

We have been awarded the contract for a new development in Harlington, Bedfordshire to start in July 2024 which will comprise of around 400 new homes and a new primary school.

Our package of works includes:

  • S278 entrances and other local road and footpath improvements;
  • new roads, sewers and main services infrastructure for the consortium development;
  • the housing package for Crest Nicholson.
