Project Details

Carmac were awarded the contract to complete the infrastructure works on a greenfield in Overstone, Northamptonshire for Sutton Land on behalf of consortium clients Taylor Wimpey and Vistry Group.

Works commenced in February 2022 and the site will service 700 new residential dwellings.
