Groundworks

We have been awarded the contract for a new development in Harlington, Bedfordshire to start in July 2024 which will comprise of around 400 new homes and a new primary school.

Works commenced on the Oakgrove development in Milton Keynes in the spring of 2012, with Carmac being awarded the first phase of the housing plot works and going on to deliver over 800 units across four phases.

Carmac were awarded the contract to complete the infrastructure works on a greenfield in Overstone, Northamptonshire for Sutton Land on behalf of consortium clients Taylor Wimpey and Vistry Group.

Carmac were awarded the contract for the infrastructure works and phase one of the housing development at Monksmoor Farm in Daventry.

Piled foundations, sub-structure works and finishing works for 76 plots, 1,517m of drainage and 471m of road for our client Mulberry Homes.

Elmsbrook is an eco-village development in Bicester, Oxfordshire, which commenced in March 2018 for our long-term client Crest Nicholson.

Carmac were awarded the contract for the groundworks on two parcels of the large residential development at Glenvale Park in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
